A pre-wedding shoot at the Lalith Mahal Palace, Sangeet and Mehendi at Silent Shores, followed by wedding and reception at SARA Mahesh in Mysore… this bride sure kept us on our toes. We were not surprised because she is a marathon runner living in Jackson, Mississippi, USA and her ideas were as unique and energetic as her.
We started out by designing her invitations. Then we created personalized goodie bags for bride’s maids and hand painted sherwanis on beer mugs for the grooms men. For Mehendi we had a Rajasthani decor complete with puppets and bandhani. We had a foosball table and games for the men. The orange and pink themed Sangeet was an evening full of many fun surprises and performances.
The wedding was traditional with red and gold colors. Our bride wore a beautiful gold kanjeevaram saree along with gold nike shoes (only she could pull it off). For the western themed reception she stunned everybody with her beautiful gown. The cake was customised with an image of the bride in her peach outfit running towards the finish line to meet her groom.
It was a very unique, fun and exciting wedding and we were so glad to be a part of it.
