The Collection at UB City, Bangalore, hosted the prestigious Trousseau Week 2011 event in September. We at ‘Divya Vithika Wedding Planners’ are proud to announce that this exclusive event was organized and coordinated by us for UB City. We would also like to share that this event was met with resounding success and much fan fare.  This widely publicized event included a glamorous fashion show attended by exclusive invitees and celebrities, followed by preselected partners showcasing their products and services at the prestigious UB City venue and an exciting shopping opportunity for high end wedding shoppers.

While this event had many challenges our main focus was to create value for the participating service providers and for the affluent wedding shoppers. The goal of this event was to perfectly match the product and services of wedding planners, consultants and service providers to those of buyers hunting for exclusive wedding wares and services.

For Divya Vithika, planning a wedding encompasses several aspects that go beyond the obvious. Therefore we focus on creating an event that is a complete package and a total solution. This includes not only designer wear garments, top-notch photography, exclusive decoration, finest catered cuisine, classic make up, etc. but also the small touches that make a special day even more special.  Today brides and grooms also focus on life coaches, dental care, health and fitness in preparation of their wedding. Our approach was then to firstly preselect the best-in-class specialists in each of such areas from all over the country who would meet the requirement for this niche audience.  Therefore The Trousseau 2011 also showcased specialists that gave that extra care and detailing to potential shoppers.  We conducted workshops over the week in make up and hair style by Estee Lauder, dental spa conducted by Dr. Priti Doshi a renowned dental expert, table arrangements by Rosenthal, soulful sessions by life coaches and health and fitness tips by Zella the exclusive fitness club of Bangalore to give shoppers that true wedding planning experience. We also worked round the clock to help participating partners create exhibits that truly gave customers reasons to shop; offered these partners customized lounges and also worked on the décor to compliment the premium UB City mall, leaving no stone unturned to make this event a huge success.
